Do NOT mandate Covid vaccine for school employees and/or students

Coronavirus vaccines should not be mandated for school employees and should not be mandated for students either. The vaccines for Covid should be an individual choice . Natural immunity has been shown to be highly effective in those who have previously had the illness. These Vaccines have not stopped the spread of the virus and will not stop the spread of the virus despite public perception (for example , Israel is highly vaccinated yet continues to have Covid). Some individuals should consider not taking the vaccine for health reasons. We still do not know the long term effects of this vaccine and it should not be indiscriminately used in children. Many physicians have spoken against the vaccine.  A noted university professor of immunology has spoken against vaccine mandates for children . Mandating Covid vaccines also goes against the individual religious beliefs of many people that object to the use of aborted cell lines being used in the manufacturing and/or lab testing of these vaccines (this is a problem ethically as well as possibly potentially medically). Given the great infringement upon individual rights, the limited effectiveness, the unknown risks involved, and the ethical dilemma faced by many , these vaccines should not be mandated. Finally, I understand that already thousands have either lost their jobs or given up their jobs due to vaccine mandates - let’s not add to this further with lost staff and teacher jobs.
