As a currently vaccinated school employee and a parent of vaccinated children I do not agree with a mandate.  Flu vaccines are not mandated and Covid has a higher recovery rate. My family obviously believes in vaccines, however, we do not believe anyone should be forced into one that has been rushed through and has not had time to be studied for long term effects.
