If the State Government mandates vaccinations for all students, teachers, and employees, public and private, and doesn’t allow for any religious exemptions, will the state government accept full liability for any and all injury and loss (health- physical, mental, & emotional,) economic, or otherwise? Also, prior to their proposed mandate, will they furnish true, independent data for the education of the public they are imposing a mandate upon?   For example, what independent scientific/clinical studies have been performed that relate to minors and any specific virus and the corresponding vaccination which include the efficacy and  risks associated with each vaccination? When I received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, I had to sign an acknowledgment and a waiver which essentially said 1.  There was no guarantee of prevention or communication and 2.  I released them from liability (but could apply for assistance from  a government fund established to handle claims of injury from the covid-19 vaccine.)

Further, if the state government decides to mandate vaccinations in all schools public and private AND will not allow religious exemption, will the state board of education become more lenient in giving religious exemptions for home schoolers?  Will the code of Virginia be amended to extend religious exemption for compulsory school attendance indefinitely? 

Besides all this, I am opposed to any government of any type mandating medical, educational, social, political (or other) applications that infringe upon all previously established freedoms enjoyed by U.S. Citizens.
