Description This Administrative Code section gives the Virginia Department of Transportation permission from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to encroach in, on or over state-owned subaqueous land which qualify under 4VAC20-333-20 A, B, C and E and are subject to the standard conditions laid out in this chapter.
