| Description | This regulations addresses the provision of Adult Services by the local departments of social services (LDSS) to elderly adults or adults with impairments in order to ensure the safety of these adults by helping prevent abuse, neglect, and exploitation from occurring or recurring. In addition, this regulation describes the targeted service population and clarifies the descriptions of the type of services that may be offered to an adult. |
