| Description | The Code of Virginia places the responsibility for providing child support enforcement services with the Department of Social Services' Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE). This regulation exists to inform the public of the process used by the DCSE to administer the Child Support Enforcement program. It encompasses all functions of the program including application, eligibility for services, location, paternity establishment, order establishment, enforcement, collection distribution and case closure. |
