The agency proposes to repeal the existing regulation and promulgate a replacement regulation to eliminate provisions that are duplicative of Standards for Interdepartmental Regulation of Children's Residential Facilities (22 VAC 42-10 10 et seq.) The provisions will be updated to reflect current treatment practices in residential treatment facilities for children.
