| Goals of Regulation |
To clearly articulate standards for health, safety, and treatment, to ensure sufficient protections are provided for the welfare of children who receive mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse services from providers of residential services for children. To clearly articulate the procedures and actions necessary to implement regulatory requirements with the least possible cost and intrusiveness to consumers, families and provider organizations. |
