Action Summary |
This action will implement the changes suggested in the most recent periodic review. It will address the possible removal of some of the differences in advertising allowed between spirits, wine and beer; will consider adding amphitheaters to those places where billboard advertising is allowed; and will consider expanding the ability of manufacturers and wholesalers to provide certain promotional items and service items to retailers. |
