This action is mandated by the 2026 Appropriation Act, Item 291.BBBBB, which requires DMAS to repeal chapter 80 and replace it with text substantially identical to the Medicaid State Plan as was in effect on March 1, 2026. The replacement text will be added to the VAC as chapter 81. |
