| Action Summary |
This action notices intended regulatory changes based on 2021 periodic reviews of Chapters 20 and 21 and initiates new periodic reviews of those chapters. The amendments identified in the previous regulatory action, which did not complete executive branch review in the NOIRA stage, included some amendments now superseded by regulatory language and were not comprehensive enough given the age of the regulatory action. The Board now notices a new regulatory action which incorporates changes still needed from the 2021 periodic reviews and additional changes needed to protect the public. |
