| Action Summary |
This action is proposed to repeal four regulations that prescribe minimum standards for mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse programs of community services boards and first offender drug abuse diversion programs. These four regulations, which were promulgated in the early 1980s, have been superceded by the Board's licensing regulations which currently the operation of such programs and are intended to protect clients served by the programs. These four regulations are therefore outdated and unnecessary. |
