Action Summary |
This action incorporates into the VAC the reimbursement methodology for targeted case management for: 1) high risk pregnant women, infants, and children up to age two; 2) seriously mentally ill adults, emotionally disturbed children, or youth at risk of serious emotional disturbance; 3) individuals with intellectual disability; and 4) individuals with developmental disability. |
