This regulatory action will amend the Solid Waste Management Regulations under 9VAC20-81. The amendment will list out the open burning of certain solid waste by activities that are exempt from regulation under 9VAC20-81. Previously, these exemptions were incorporated by a reference to the State Air Pollution Control Board's Open Burning Regulations, 9VAC5-130. |
