| Action Summary |
Consistent with section 175 of the Medicare Improvement for Patients and Providers Act of 2008 (PL 110-275) and effective January 1, 2013, DMAS is discontinuing its coverage of certain drugs as they will now be covered for Dual Eligible individuals via their Medicare Part D benefit. |
