The updates to VBOA’s enforcement processes were made to streamline the content/language and included adding two new sections: “Unlicensed Use of the CPA Title Violations” and “Formal Hearings.” The section, “Case Closure” was reworked and split into “Respondents’ Due Process Rights,” “Final Case Dispositions” and “Appeals.” A few other sections were re-ordered but not significantly changed, and the appendix of definitions was removed.
