I live in Arlington, VA and I oppose Action 4905.

This proposed regulation has nothing to do with the health of Virginians and everything to do with discrimination and fear-mongering. No one should face discrimination because of who they are. Trans people have always been here, and always will be. Trans people cannot and will not be erased. Under this proposed rule, any person’s gender could be questioned and their body scrutinized. This will only set a precedent for any/all humans to lose bodily autonomy in Virginia.
