I think the limitations as to the type of ID considered valid are outrageous. Virginia has fixed a problem that did not exist. For example -- a retirement community constitutes an entire precenct however their resident picture IDs are not valid under the new law. Not everyone has a drivers license or a passport. Not everyone is a student in a public school. This is totally unacceptable.
