Let's be honest...any person that enters a "gentlemens' club" or any establishment of the like is, in essence, agreeing to what is being shown there, whether it be full tops or topless, or even nude. Therefore, invoking stricter regulations on such establishments isn't helping the public, but rather hurting individuals that are trying to make a living. Individuals that live and spend in our community. It also forces individuals to "preform" underground, where regulations and such are nonexistant, making this for of employment much more dangerous. As we as a society mature, our views of sexuality and how we approach that subject also matures, and our laws and regulations must reflect that growth and be reflective of our current society. No one should ever refer to Virginia as primative or "behind the times". Virginia must be a progressive state to remain as a leader in our country. We are the birthplace of America, we should always strive to remain on the cutting edge and foremost growth of our nation, in all of our laws and regulations.
