This proposed Action 4905 is unconstitutional, and would be a direct violation of the Virginia Human Rights Act. 

This is step 1 in the conservative genocide of trans women and girls. It would make criminals of law-abiding Virginians based on who they are, not something they have done - and is denial of Equal Protection under the Law and unconstitutional.  This is exactly like Jim Crow laws and 1935 NAZI Nuremberg Decrees. 

These Sports bans are also Witch hunts - there are probably less than 5 trans girls playing varsity sports at HS or College level in the state.  Cisgender women are not being "harmed" by any of them. This is just more lying by conservatives to further their divisive agenda of hate and division... and in reality makes NO ONE safer.
