As a resident, parent, and small business owner in VA I vehemently oppose this legislation. Action 4905 is extremely exclusionary just for the purpose of being cruel. Virginia has the opportunity to set the standard for southern states turning their tide to one of being progressive, inclusive, and unwilling to bend to archaic and fascist views. Trans girls are girls. Trans boys are boys. I am deeply concerned and upset that this is what our political leaders are spending time on with everything happening in our country right now. This would be offensive, abusive and cruel without a President who wants to be king. It's a waste of time, money, and resources either way, but in 2025 this feels like an absolute joke or slap in the face.

Action 4905 is inhumane and I am in complete opposition to it.
