Trans women and girls are not dangerous to cis gendered women and girls. As a cis gender female I believe we all deserve the dignity of living our lives as ourselves and using the bathroom where we feel safest. Women and girls who are afraid of transgender folks are afraid because of campaigns like this, not because of any evidence. There will always be creeps who will abuse women but we should not make the lives of transgender people miserable on the off chance some hetero man will pretend to be trans in order to creep on women in the bathroom. Teach men to respect women and leave trans folks alone! Also how would you even enforce this? Sounds super invasive and cis women would be scrutinized and possibly discriminated against if they do not present as femme enough. How about spending time on legislation that actually improves the lives of Virginians?
