The education requirement for Service Facilitators needs to be removed. SF companies have very few applicants and will hire basically anyone with a Bachelor's degree who can pass a background check. This has led to Service Facilitators who are just trying to make a quick buck by putting in as little effort as possible. Waiver recipients deserve better. There are many qualified individuals who cannot afford to get a Bachelor's degree. A Bachelor's degree doesn't make someone more qualified to be an SF.
