I do not support removing educational requirements for service facilitators/case managers. The work done by SF/CM requires a certain level of administrative, technical, social, educational, moral, and cognitive ability that should not be taken lightly. Every one can not and will not be able to do the duties that come with this position well. The educational requirement should stand…associate degree minimum!
