I support the proposal to eliminate the requirement for a BS degree to be a Service Facilitator. As a parent who has struggled with the Service Facilitator turnover in VA for many years now, I believe there are MANY qualified applicants who can ensure quality care, whom do not have degrees.
I believe there are parents who would love to support other families and know this struggle all too well. The work that is done in support of our families, is not above that of a high school educated adult. With proper training, this job should not require a BS degree.
