I believe that most humans have away of separating themselves from the reality of other humans. They tell themselves that if it were me or I would’ve or wouldn’t. But the honest truth is that a person who hasn’t lived or walked in the shoes of a person who has cared for a family member, had to leave the corporate world and sacrifice all to care for a spouse or child that is disabled, just shouldn’t be able too tell another person they can’t. When a person becomes dependent on their loved ones that changes the entire family dynamic, mentally, emotionally, physically, socially and spiritually. With all that, why is it that we have to fight for fair pay and being able to care for our family? If it were you what would you do, how will you feel?
