A COVID-19 vaccine mandate is a violation of the Virginians’ Human Rights Act, chapter 39, B, 5, which protects against discrimination, a violation of the U.S. constitutional right to privacy, which court rulings have interpreted to include the right to refuse medical treatments, and a violation of the right to freely exercise religious tenets and obtain religious exemptions. Such rights are also federally protected by the Constitution of the United States of America. Do not mandate this COVID-19 vaccine! Preserve all exemptions.
