The Commonwealth of VA needs to protect the privacy of all women by preventing a mandate to conduct gender inspection/verification before using bathrooms/changing facilities.  Virginia also needs to prevent illegal state sanctioned discrimination based on gender identity which keeps transgender women from playing in women's sports.
