| Purpose of the meeting The Board of Education will hold five public hearings to receive public comment regarding the proposed revisions to the Standards of Accreditation. The hearings will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at the locations listed below. All hearings will begin at 7:00 PM and will adjourn by 9:00 PM. Persons who wish to speak will be asked to register at the door. Registration will begin at 6:45 PM. The time limit will be three minutes maximum per speaker, and all speakers are urged to provide at least one written copy of their remarks. Written comment on the proposed revisions is encouraged and may be submitted by mail, e-mail, or fax to the following: Mrs. Anne D.
