Purpose of the meeting
A public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Virginia Water Protection General Permits 1-4 (9 VAC 25-260-660, 9 VAC 25-260-670, 9 VAC 25-260-680 and 9 VAC 25-260-690). The proposals appear in the Virginia Register of Regulations on January 9, 2006. The public comment period begins on January 9, 2006 and ends on March 10, 2006. An informational meeting will begin 1/2 hour before the public hearing to answer questions.
