| Purpose of the meeting The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comment on the proposed Board of Coal Mine Examiners Certification Requirements, 4 VAC 25-20. This hearing will be in conjunction with the hearing on the proposed Public Participation Guidelines, 4 VAC 25-10 and the Regulations Governing Coal Stockpiles and Bulk Storage and Handling Facilities, 4 VAC 25-125.
