| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendment and reissuance of the General VPDES Watershed Permit for Total Nitrogen and Toal Phosphorus Discharges and Nutrient Trading in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed in Virginia. The proposal appears in the Virginia Register of Regulations on May 23, 2011. The public comment period begins on May 23, 2011 and ends on July 22, 2011. Also, a question and answer period will be held 1/2 hour before the public hearing at the same location. | ||
