| Purpose of the meeting The Board of Juvenile Justice is pleased to receive public comment at this public hearing regarding three regulations: 6VAC35-41, 6VAC35-71, and 6VAC35-101. Speakers will be limited to 10 minutes each with shorter time frames provided at the Chairman’s discretion to accommodate large numbers of speakers. Those wishing to speak are strongly encouraged to contact Deborah Hayes at 804-371-0704 no later than Friday, April 2. Groups wishing to address a single subject are urged to designate a spokesperson. Speakers are urged to confine their comments to topics relevant to the Board’s purview. In order to make the limited time available most effective, speakers are urged to provide multiple written copies of their comments or other material amplifying their views. Please provide at least 15 written copies if you are able to do so. | |
