Dogs in distilleries, wineries, or breweries
Purpose of legislation
This legislation allows a distillery, winery, or brewery to allow a dog within a designated area inside or on its premises, except in any area used for the manufacture of food products. The Retail Food Establishment Regulations (2 VAC 5-585 et seq.) include provisions that must be amended as a result of this legislation.
