Water runoff from data center cooling

Are you tracking for the public the data center emissions to the air quality and water in Loudoun County? I live in Leesburg VA and we have had many bad air quality days in the last weeks. I am concerned that the county is approving unlimited water usage for cooling the back up generators and centers and not informing the public of air and water pollutants. The public must be informed of the costs for cleanup of the emissions from the data centers and its effect on the air and water quality. The tax revenue may be sufficient now but the pollution costs in the future must be made public. Equipment becomes outdated and they may relocate in 7 -10 years leaving the county property owners to pay the price with their poor air quality and water quality. Environmental impacts studies must be done and shared with the public with local newspapers.
