I noticed that in some places you are deleted the term "resource parent" and in fact have removed it from the list of defined terms, but in other places you are keeping the term. See 22VAC40-201-40(B)(6).

at 22VAC40-201-100(G) and at 22VAC40-201-100(I)(3) you reference a 60 day maximum for foster youth between 18-21 to request a resumption of services. Why this limitation, when so few foster youth are taking advantage of the services?
