I agree with everything except B . 3 – A high school diploma or an undergraduate degree in an un related field plus three years of experience.
There is a big difference between having a HS Diploma and having a college degree but they equate them as equal. I would like to propose that they keep it the same for the HS diploma 3 years’ experience and modify it to one year experience with an unrelated degree. The ability to get a college degree requires a number skills that are very relevant for working as an early intervention case manager and he/she will come to the job with more competencies than someone with a HS Diploma. The specific skills and knowledge will come from completion of the required modules and on the job training.
