We don't exactly know how the amendment will affect 12 VAC 30-60 but I heard this will help to reduce the cost which must be a good thing.

12 VAC 30-60but who said this will help to reduce the cost? that's nothing for sure yet, let's just see what will happen and then we will know for sure how it will affect and how this will help in any way.
