Persons taking a polygraph with a government entity routinely disclose very personal and embarrassing facts about themselves and their history. That information should not be subject to disclosure to just anyone and simply because they make a request for it. Allowing this will undermine and erode the trust building that is incumbent on the examiner, and further diminish the already shrinking applicant pool for public safety positions.
