We are concerned that the regulations and practice of the public guardianship programs do not utilize the Person Centered Process which is established by regulation for individuals in programs licensed by DBHDS.  We feel strongly that this team process should be the basis for the majority of the life decisions such as place of residence, employement  and the supports and sevices within each, as it incorporates what is important to and what is important for each individual.
