It is my opinion that since Governor Northam lifted the state of emergency, the ETS should also be lifted.

I think we should only be required to follow the CDC guidelines.

The ETS has been a burden on my small business financially and at this stage of the pandemic I think we should only have to follow the CDC guidelines. Additional restrictions and burdens will only be counter productive in my financial recovery.

With employee vaccinations I do not feel the ETS is still necessary.
