The auto repair industry is challenging to retain quality employees and, thus, is expensive. Adding more regulations or requiring formal plans would add more costs to many businesses that are already struggling to make ends meet. We have invested in air conditioning our break areas and water cooled fans for our shop workers. Any worker not feeling well is taken off the job immediately.
