VCCA believes that child care providers need the maximum amount of flexibility possible at this time. Restricting the time frame of TB screenings only increases the amount of burden placed on the workforce. Unless there is compelling TB data that shows a need to increase requirements for TB screening, we suggest the regulation stay as is currently written.
