Strongly oppose the proposed SEL standards. Teaching children they are either a victim or an oppressor, based solely on their race, sex, or socioeconomic background, is wrong. The State  should have no right to impose these views on children. Parents and guardians are responsible for the moral education of their children. These proposed standards will only fuel ongoing hate, racism, fear, guilt and confusion.
