This is not good. The effects of beginning such an overarching government mandated program instructing children how to view themselves and the world around them will have an irreversible outcome. Who should get to decide what is right from wrong and teach the children how to assess it? PARENTS! What should the school be teaching? ACADEMICS- MATH, LANGUAGE ARTS, ETC.
