Looking through this document it seems Virginia plans to take away time from actual academics where the USA is already falling behind in Math and Science and focus on "Social and Emotional Learning" 

Please leave the "Social and Emotional Learning" to the parents! You do not "own" these children and that is what Virginia is acting like. Virginia is acting as a slave owner, please just stop.
