The creators of the unconscious bias theory have admitted that it really is a pseudo-science and there's no way to prove or disprove that it exists. You can manipulate the unconscious bias test depending on how fast you react to the pictures. Not only that, the questions used during this training are loaded questions that are designed to point someone in a specific direction. The creators have stated that the use of these tests and trainings may in fact cause more racist behavior as people get angry that they're implicitly being called racists. Stop the nonsense. Return to teaching. Stop the child abuse.
