I vote NO for the proposed regulation that would permit Absentee Ballots to be delivered to the Office of Elections by Noon on Friday AFTER Election Day  with no postmark proof that they had been submitted by or before Election Day.  We should abide by our current election laws to return our Ballots to the Office of Elections or the Polling Stations by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day when the Polls close.  To return the Absentee Ballots on Friday after Election Day  with no Postmark date of Election Day just opens it up pure and simple to Fraud.   Protect our Elections with Photo ID and Ballots to arrive on or before Election Day.   NO DROP BOXES.
