I demand a hearing on the proposed postmark rule.  I believe that only ballots mailed before or on Election Day should be counted.  We are asked to trust the postmark placed on each mailed ballot by the USPS.  Missing or illegible postmarks should result in the rejection of a ballot regardless of alternative methods to confirm the date of mailing.
