I am vehemently opposed to your proposal to amend the current regulation on postmarks as evidence of timely mailing.  No reasonable person could believe this to be anything other than an invitation to commit voter fraud in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Your complicity in this conspiracy has not gone unnoticed.
